My PhD research explored questions contributing to Africans questioning or leaving the Christian faith. The more deeply I studied, the more I wanted that work to be useful beyond a dissertation.

In 2023, Sharon and I founded Apologetics Africa to make thoughtful, practical apologetics accessible to the African Church.

Since then, the work has grown through relationships in Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa. Twenty churches have come on board. Each relationship brings the conversation closer to the people asking the questions.

Our next horizon is the first Apologetics Africa conferences, envisioned for 2027: an opportunity to gather, listen, and equip people to engage their faith with understanding.
